I was strolling this twins through Walmart today feeling a little bit like a commodity or even oddity to those passing by, but a thought hit me...What a privilege God has given me to raise these two wonderful little beings, one with his constant happiness and the other with her serious observations, and a third at home with her strong headed ways. He gave me each of these beings with their specific personalities on purpose. Those passing by me saying in their minds that they are glad they didn't have twins can feel how they want. I see that they are the best blessings in my life, they are the inheritance of the earth, and it is my job to point them to the cross. I love you and your family; this experience has already been used to the glory of God, but I think it is just the beginning of how He is going to use the experience.Reahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06542104626930624761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4707862181294165026.post-10609266847065420022011-12-30T11:50:00.331-08:002011-12-30T11:50:00.331-08:00A beautiful entry - I literally just told Greg a f...A beautiful entry - I literally just told Greg a few moments ago that even though I am experiencing some uncomfortable back pain today, I will still praise my God for it, for there is a reason for it. He will work it all out in the process. I believe Paul mentioned being content with whatever circumstance. It is all a part of God's magnificent molding process, Sindy. There are times I have literally wept tears of sadness while at the same time praising God in the midst. He knows how to handle me - to mold me. Isn't He the most wonderful Father?

Also, after seeing you at Walmart the other day, I realized that it was no coincidence that Preston was carrying around the #1 Tennessee foam finger. As silly as some may view it, I realize that God's timing is perfect. If I had seen you two minutes before, Preston would not yet have picked it up. What a wonderful symbol of victory for a little boy who is wearing a Tennessee orange cast. God is truly wonderful!

Joy Mc.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
